The ride that ends at 15 minutes
"You do all the stuff you can think of and then bam, you're done," and it's only been a quarter of an hour. Barnweek gives each horse a session with a start, a middle and an end, built for the minutes there are.
Every horse's week on one screen: what to work on and what's due, from 60 western exercises and 7 care types with reminders before the date. For riders who ride alone and keep it all on paper, a kitchen calendar, or in their head.

Packed for the show, and the Coggins and the health papers are the one thing still in a folder back home. The Coggins date and when it runs out sit on the horse's card, with a reminder before it runs out and a show and travel checklist to print.
Teeth, worming and the spring shots drift until somebody else brings them up. Each one is its own care type with its own interval, so the next date is already set the moment the last one is logged.
Add another horse to some apps and the price goes up. There is no horse limit in Barnweek: every membership includes every horse you own or lease.
The plan reads the care dates: an easy day after shots, a light day after the farrier.
1Name, level, what you want to work on, last farrier, shots and Coggins. A few taps per horse.
2Each horse gets this week's work at its level and the next dates due, on one screen you can read in the barn.
3Follow the session, then log it in about a minute. What didn't go well comes back next week.
Real app screens, sample data.

Thirty minutes at the arena and no plan usually means the same three things and a ride that's over in fifteen. Open the phone at the gate and the session is already there: a warm-up, 1 to 4 exercises sized to the minutes, and a cool-down, at the horse's level. Swap any exercise. Move the ride to another day. Nothing is lost.

Every exercise in the plan, open to browse. A top-down diagram of the arena or the round pen, what it's for in one line, numbered steps, what to watch for, minutes, and what you need. Western words throughout: jog, lope, stop, rollback, sidepass. Not a translated English lesson.

When the farrier texts the day before, the last visit is one tap away. Every horse's dates live in one list: farrier or trim, shots, deworming and fecal egg count, teeth, Coggins, vet visits, and other appointments. Log what was done, get reminded before the next one is due.

Log the ride in about a minute: date and minutes already filled in, the horse, what you worked on ticked from today's plan, how the horse went, a note, miles if you know them. Then look back at the month and see where you got to.

The default intervals come from AAEP guidance for shots, teeth, deworming and the yearly vet visit, and the farrier interval from common farrier schedules. Each one is named on screen, and every interval is editable: your vet and farrier know your horse best. The app works at the barn with no signal and catches up when it's back. Barnweek records a route on the map only with the page open and the screen on. Your records stay exportable at any time, as PDF or CSV.
If you can read a feed tag or a Coggins paper, you can run your week here.
Round pen, lead rope, lunging, ground manners, trailer loading prep.
Walk, jog, lope, stop, rollback, sidepass, leg yield, two-track, across ranch riding, reining, horsemanship and trail work.
Farrier or trim, shots, deworming and fecal egg count, teeth, Coggins, vet visits, other appointments.
Sorted by 3 levels and 6 goals, so you only see what fits the horse in front of you.
One page per horse, built from your own Care Record: the last and next farrier, shots, deworming, teeth, the Coggins date and when it runs out, and the vet and farrier numbers. Print it, pin it on the stall door, reprint it whenever a date changes. Comes with a half page show and travel checklist.
All 60 exercises on 60 cards, 4 to a page with cut lines. Print them, slide them in sheet protectors, clip them to the arena fence, and ride the session without pulling the phone out.
Every membership includes: This Week's Plan · The Groundwork & Riding Library (60 exercises) · The Care Record (7 care types, every horse) · The Ride Log · Bonus The Barn Wall Card · Extra bonus The Ride-Along Exercise Cards (60).

Your horses, their week and their dates are on the first screen. Every horse is included, and if paper suits you better, the barn wall card prints from your own records.
No. The route records only with the page open and the screen on, and logging a ride by hand takes about a minute.
All of them. There is no horse limit and no per-horse price. Each one gets its own week, its own care dates and its own barn wall card.
No. There are 3 levels and 6 goals: you pick where your horse is and what you want to work on, and the week is built from there. There is no coach and no method to follow, just the work laid out.
Yes. Barnweek works with no signal and catches up when the signal comes back. Text is large and the buttons are big.
Defaults come from AAEP guidance and common farrier schedules, named on screen: farrier every 6 weeks shod or 8 barefoot, shots and teeth yearly, Coggins every 12 months. Every interval is editable. Your vet and farrier know your horse best.
After the questions, before anything is charged. You see every membership option with its price, how often it renews and how to cancel, next to the button. The yearly starts with 7 days free, card required, and after the trial the yearly subscription renews every year until you cancel.
Cancel online in Settings, any time. After you cancel, access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your records stay readable and exportable as PDF or CSV. Questions? Write to help@barnweek.com.
The groundwork suits any rider, but the 40 saddle exercises are western: ranch riding, reining, horsemanship and trail. We say jog and lope, not canter. English disciplines are not in this version.
Barnweek keeps the dates and lays out the work. You get to ride.
