Privacy Policy

Barnweek is operated by ECOMMATRIX LABS LLC, [registered address] ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and the Barnweek app, and what we do with it. Questions: help@barnweek.com.
What stays on your device
Your horses (name, level, goal, feet, optional photo, breed, age, feed notes, vet and farrier numbers), their care dates, your rides, notes and routes are saved on your device, so the app works at the barn with no signal. You can export them as PDF or CSV at any time, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes them.
What we collect
- Account and purchase data: when you pay, your email, plan and payment status. Your payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. [To confirm with the payment phase: account with a one-time code by email]
- Route maps: when you record a route with the page open, your location stays on your device. The map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and the map area it serves.
- Usage events: anonymous counts of the steps of the questions (for example, how many people reach their horse's week), with the ad campaign that brought you, to improve the app and measure our ads. [EU visitors: consent before any ad pixel, to build with the checkout]
How we use your data
- To run the app, send the trial and care reminders you choose, handle billing, renewals and support.
- To measure which ads bring riders to Barnweek.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run Barnweek (hosting, email delivery, payments, map tiles) and, once it is in place, Meta for ad measurement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Data on your device stays until you delete it. Account and billing data stay while your account is active; when you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except the billing records the law asks us to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to opt out of the use of your data for targeted advertising. Email help@barnweek.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Barnweek is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it applies.
