The 7-day trial on the yearly plan

The yearly plan starts with 7 days free, card required, and we email you before the trial ends. Cancel online in Settings before the trial ends and you are not charged. After the trial, the yearly subscription renews every year until you cancel.

Billing errors

A billing error is always refunded in full, with no conditions: a double charge, a charge after a cancellation we confirmed, or a renewal charged by mistake.

How to ask

Write to help@barnweek.com from the email you used at checkout. The address is also in Settings and on every receipt. We answer quickly and refund to the same card.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask for access to start straight away, you can still withdraw, with the withdrawal button always visible in Settings. It is a legal right.

Your card statement

The charge appears on your card statement as Barnweek.

Canceling a renewal

Cancel online in Settings, any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, you are not charged again, and your records stay readable and exportable as PDF or CSV. Barn wall cards and exercise cards you already printed stay yours.
