These terms are an agreement between you and ECOMMATRIX LABS LLC, [registered address] ("we", "us") for the use of Barnweek, a web app that lays out a week of western groundwork and riding for each of your horses, keeps their care dates with reminders, logs your rides and prints a barn wall card and exercise cards. By using or buying Barnweek you accept these terms.
Plans and billing
- Three plans: after the questions and your horse's week, you pick one: yearly, which starts with 7 days free, card required, then renews every year; monthly, paid today and renewed every month; or lifetime, paid once with no renewals. The pay screen shows today's price, the renewal price and frequency, the date of the first full charge and how to cancel, before you pay.
- The trial: we email you before the 7-day trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. The first charge on your statement after a trial says "trial".
- Automatic renewal: the yearly and monthly plans renew automatically at the price and on the date shown on the pay screen, until you cancel. You agree to the automatic renewal with a separate box before paying. We tell you before any price change applies, and we remind you before each yearly renewal.
- Cancel any time: online in Settings, no questions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your records stay exportable.
- Every plan includes every horse you own or lease. Prices are in US dollars, shown on the pay screen. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
Refunds
Billing errors are always refunded in full. European Union and United Kingdom customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Riding and horse care
Barnweek gives general groundwork and riding exercises and default care intervals from AAEP guidance and common farrier schedules. It is not veterinary, farrier or professional training advice and does not replace the people who can see your horse. Your vet and farrier know your horse best, and every interval can be changed. Riding and working around horses carry risk: you choose what to do with your horse, wear the safety gear you need, and stop any exercise that is not safe for you or your horse.
Your data
Your horses, care dates, rides and routes belong to you and are saved on your device, where they work with no signal. You can export them as PDF or CSV at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Barnweek is for your personal use. You may print The Barn Wall Card and The Ride-Along Exercise Cards for your own barn; please do not resell or redistribute them.
Service and changes
We work to keep Barnweek available and to improve it. We may update features over time; we will not remove what you paid for during the period you paid for.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Barnweek is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
